Main activities of the department

The purpose of the International Relations Department is to organize, coordinate and develop international cooperation of the institute with foreign higher educational institutions, educational organizations in the field of educational, scientific and social activities. The purpose of the department is to carry out the international activities of the institute and strengthen its reputation in the international community.

Main activities of international relations:

– Acquaintance with international and state scientific conferences and seminars, visits to schools, institutes and universities, cooperation and guidance on student exchange and other types of cooperation;

– carries out long-term planning of international activities, develops plans and agreements on cooperation with institutes and universities, foreign organizations;

– documentary control of foreign students at all levels of education;

– search for colleagues among foreign educational institutions and international organizations;

– acceptance and preliminary processing of applications and grants;

– organization of planning and control of the implementation of projects and grants by faculties, departments and other parts of the institute;

organize the reception of representatives and delegations of foreign universities in accordance with current regulations and instructions, conduct correspondence with potential and existing foreign partners, ensure the signing of protocols and agreements on international cooperation.

Responsibilities of the International Relations Department:

– organization and coordination of all forms of international cooperation of the institute. Development of programs, agreements and other documents in the field of international cooperation of the institute;

– searching, establishing and maintaining connections with foreign partners, which helps to increase the level of educational and scientific work, improve the material and technical base, and helps increase the influence of the institute abroad;

– coordination and control of the activities of the institute’s divisions in the development and implementation of international agreements, programs, projects and contracts in which the institute participates;

– assistance to departments and staff of the institute in their initiatives to develop international relations, in the implementation of mutually beneficial joint projects with foreign partners;

– organization and control of the participation of students, graduate students and staff of the institute in international academic exchange programs;

– organizing the reception and stay of foreign citizens coming to the Republic of Tajikistan at the invitation of the institute.

– accounting and registration of foreign students;

– representing the interests of the institute in the field of international cooperation abroad;

– informational and organizational support for the international activities of the institute;

– information support and support for international projects and programs;

– formation of a database on international cooperation activities;

– conducting international correspondence in order to expand the institute’s relations with interested individuals and organizations;
